Nice little squee on the plane - I downloaded the podcast for Adventures in Sci Fi publishing to listen to an interview ithe Neil Gaiman. And there, BEFORE the interview, is an add for Reading the Wind. I mean, yes, I paid for the podcast (which I've posted below in a different post), and I really like it, but what a cool place to hear it! Like, wow, one of the big writers or something. This buisiness is so head-twisting weird.
I'm safely tucked into the Regency Club at the Hyatt Regency, getting ready for a business meeting which happens at 9:00. Got in here at 2:00 AM. Ugh. It's grand to be here! I have a long term love/hate relationship with Worldcons, where I almost always have something cool and something abd happen (I don't know why - now it's a legendary thing).
San Diego conference was grand and busy and very walky. My feet already hurt. Sigh.
